Do you guys have any recommendations for a different venue for our next one?

Not a typical wedding venue, but a place available to rent for the night and bring in my own vendors.I'm not sure if this exists, but so far I've found 1 place in Colts Neck.

And Alex Vela a group member generously volunteering a wonderful venue to host the event.This group has been a huge help to me learning a new market.

Also, around here a lot of Schools rent out their cafeterias and gyms to growing or expanding churches - usually Sunday (naturally), and often Wednesday evenings - might be a good fit for a covered outdoor venue like this.

We actually have a 3rd space ready to go, but it's on the back burner while we focus on one of our other ventures (an event venue) and we're also waiting until we have enough demand to sustain a 3rd house.For 2017, we're netting about $1,350 per month on a 90K investment.

So in my mind High tech would have to relocate  Google facebook Intel Genentec and a host of others would have to decamp for values to crash.The other thing i see traveling all around the country like i do ( and I will be in Indy next 3 days FYI)... is you have a surplus of very old housing.. that simply does not exist in most west coast venues.. age is much newer.  

Vancouver area is a great choice, nice weather, nice pacific ocean wave on one side , and magnificent Rockies on another side..

@Stephen Watt, first, and in full disclosure, I'm on the board for the NSDREI.I having attended the local San Diego clubs for several years and the nominal $20.00 fee to attend is used to pay for the venue and to run the club.
