The software they use is really nice and easy to use. and they do a great thorough job, providing many of the typical inspections themselves (Whole Home, sewer, Termite, etc)

I am using an off market property database software but it isn't consistent bc this type of asset is classified differently by county. 

I would look into a software like Super Hog!

Any professionally run syndication will have an accounting software that should generate that report for any deal within seconds.
