It's extremely easy to search and apply on the tenant-side, which might be why we received so many applications so quickly.As a marketer by trade, we did not do social ads (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for our rentals because I wanted to focus our limited budget on people who were active in their search for rentals (e.g. on Zillow, Craigslist, etc.).

Sounds like an old wives tale (like real old).And those who say/believe it today, is because they were raised to fear God from an early age every time they didn’t shut the lights off in the house - as if it’s a cardinal sin or something.Change them to LEDs if you want to save the Earth and/or stop wasting your time being butthurt about it.

Although someone on BP turned me into the State of Nevada thinking I was broker RE loans there without a licesne and I got a nasty gram from NV.. had to just tell them I never brokered a loan and if I did I would get properly licensed.If you had a pattern or a bunch of pissed off sellers who think you stole their property and they turned you in to the STate that would be different.Long game is the RE licnese...

and our state is just not really going hard on these folks. they literally drive around see a house being worked on pull title  and if they don't see a developers license you get a nasty gram and a fine straight away.!..

You can upload to Flickr, Instagram, Facebook, or any of hundreds of image sites and then use the IMG /IMG tags around the URL of the pic.I hope to get a new image storage app added to the site in the coming months.

Quicker and have insulation you need there anywayWhat I am trying to say in a long winded tale,,,is you can dry up,inside outside drain tile,,,place to have furnace and water heater,,,and possible living quarters bedrooms with egress windows which are easy,,,and double space and storage in one project.Crawl spaces are always damp here and 'wet' in non stop rain events.

Again, personally, I think it looks fine--on the side of the house--if there is a tiny bit of tell-tale evidence of the old window, if it's done well and professionally, and I don't think it compromises the architectural integrity inside or out.
