Hi Does anyone have any recommendations for a good electrician for a recessed lighting job in the Murrieta/Temecula area?

I wasn't, because the list was ridiculous with stuff like screwing in a loose outlet and having a licensed electrician verify that repair, or having a licensed plumber look at the garbage disposal to ensure it's sealed.

I'm looking to connect with some fair priced contractors.Plumbers, electricians, handymen, etc...Anyone out there looking to connect about some $$$$$$$$.I have work now.

I've spent years building trusted relationships with a realtor, attorney, HVAC, plumber, electrician, framer, roofer, concrete guy, tree guy, vinyl siding guy, insulation, grader, flooring guy, countertop guy, brick mason, handy man, etc.

We did some remodeling in the vacant one (spent about 8K on floors, painting, new vanity in a bathroom, and redid kitchen that we hired out and my husband is a master electrician so he put in new switches and fixed any lighting issues and a couple other little things) and we put it at market rent.

-Have you got vendors lined up for gates/an electrician/door repairs/cameras etc.?

Haven't gotten final figures from our electrician in the cost but I have always been interested in off the grid type products.
