I've also found its easier for the agent/title/loan officer to collaborate (faster closings) as all are local and have established relationships.  

We are really serious about this business and have done sooo much research and back end business stuff but can't collaborate our first deal.

I don't have a problem collaborating(paying) with workers who do great work.

Which software do you use for communication and collaboration?

i have been flipping houses here in houston for 9 years and wondering if there are like minded individuals who wants to network and collaborate. 

She had an idea about a collaborative environment for other therapists.We also have 800 sqft of area on the 2nd floor that hasn’t been fixed yet and therefore no CofO for that area, but could be renovated and obtained in under two months and about 10k in expenses.
