Of course that can vary depending on maintenance costs, vacancies, and the other variables for land lording that don't exist for W2 income.

Choose your investments by who you want to serve, as there are working class, student areas and a few slum lord areas.

Most of these sellers have free and clear properties and are tired of land lording and have been willing to work out good deals.
