The key is understanding how it works in terms of it's structure...Corporation -> Workspaces -> Apps -> Items -> FieldsI will say that while Podio itself is great, you really need to integrate GlobiFlow so you can create automations to help control the flow of your data and create tasks to run your business on.

I'm wanting to start a monthly newsletter and I'm looking to create automation so when I add them they are automatically added to my newsletter so that's a way I can stay in front of them because as we know, out of sight--out of mind.

Google is a great one ;) Also I use upwork to find virtual assistants to automate some parts of my businesses.I also listen to a lot of podcasts (at X2 speed) some related to BP but also other business/entrepreneur podcasts which give me some other ideas and view points.

Glitchy but cPro is a good automated search app.

Real Referrals attempts to automate this process and monitor the transactions between the agents.    

However, everything with the business is automated.

Zillow's "Zestimate" is useless, as in any automated type of valuation model.
