@Dimple GajraYou can focus on B class neighborhood like Cordova, bartlett, east memphis or even southaven and olive branch in Missisipi.Collierville and Germantown are a little pricey but solid appreciation and excellent school districts.

Horn Lake, Southaven, and Olive Branch are three good options in MS for investment properties.

@Greg Virgin We are in Florida and learned early on that you need to have something in your mngt agreement to take care of paying you for your efforts beyond just managing and leasing the property. 

Hi,my brothers and I started with a LTR on Bonaire.I live in the British virgin islands and my brothers in NL.For the reasons Simon mentioned we are currently also not looking at NL.

Thinking about the 'path of progress' and that this is basically virgin territory for Charlotte to grow into, what are your thoughts on how this might affect the real estate market in West Charlotte as well as Belmont, Gastonia, etc?  

Anyone with any experience / success in the Virgin Islands ?
