Electronic waste or e-squander is a term used to depict these now-unwanted electronic items.

We are not employees that are forced to work with those that are hard or unpleasant to work with.. 

Not only it attracts a lot of unwanted attention (and problems).

I guess it depends to some extent on how DIY you want to be, but still - this isn't that different than what I did (very much by myself) to my own modest 1950's house, and it sure cost more than $4500... just don't want you to be unpleasantly surprised!

It's not as simple as looking at premiums through the narrow lens of an unwanted expense (although I agree it's tempting!)

The tenant with the car wants the light off because she feels it will attract unwanted people and make it easy for them to look inside her vehicle.

But going through that process was unpleasant.

You have to handle the unpleasantness for the sake of the long-term viability of your business.

However, if both are in the same LLC, and both need to agree on any issue, but one is missing on a sight seeing trip to the Mariana Islands or some such thing, it creates decison making problems.With each having his own LLC, if one wants, or needs, to sell his part of the ownership, he can sell his share under his LLC and the new owner of that share doesn't become a direct, (sometimes unwanted ) liability within a single LLC , with the other owner.

In a soft market where the house has sat unwanted for a while, there may be some room to convince them to reconsider.
