Everyone has a sob story, you have to have thick skin and realize it's a business for you, even if it means evicting someone you really believe is on hard times.- I often had to get creative with structuring move in as I rarely had an applicant that could afford deposit AND first months rent all at once.- Potential vandalism is higher, especially when vacant.- Higher turnover.

True story regarding rose bushes....I have a nurse friend and when we go up to Atlanta we trade ER/hospital horror stories (we both work in the medical field).She tells me the story of a fellow who is out working in his rose garden, trips, falls forward right on a thick cane of a rose bush that pierces his orbital cavity (the space above one eye).

@ Dave - It is nice to see someone new come here, take quite a bit of flack (not directed at you personally of course) and have thick enough skin to stick around and engage this community - that says a lot about you personally.To be clear (to avoid any misunderstandings) my comments regarding the show are about my distaste for the untrue I know to exist in many other shows and has nothing to do with you personally.I respect your comments back and have enjoyed this back and forth "brainstorming" and critique of your show (and all reality shows).
