Outside of the just general lack of cleanliness, like i said there was no real damage to the property other than the area rug and pad from the basement- so i am thankful for that.i am under a tight turnaround on this one so i did the bulk of the cleaning myself the last 2 days. soon as i got the carpet and pad out of the basement, the smell was gone. it was unreal how much dander was caught between the carpet and the pad.

The rug could be pulled out from under my entire business at any time because at the end of the day, it's not my asset.Arbitraging is creating a job for yourself.

Looks clean...but I suggest to bring in color.... via art, rugs, pillows, throws etc.. jazz it up a bit

All wood floors wiped with dust mop & Endust, all carpet/rugs vacuumed.

Most STR in my market do not allow pets, so it opens us up to a wider market.I had one dog chew some area rugs.

Your rugs are a tad small for their spaces but are not a make-or-break detail.I also feel the exterior space is well-appointed.

So rugs, if it had stained before you moved in, you're expected to just vacuum, not steam clean old stains.
