Landlords can loose their insurance if tenants are using pot.

I'd think is a really good example of the sorts of felonies that actually do unfairly target a lot of minorities (for pot anyway, heroin dealers can all burn in hell as far as I'm concerned) At the end, they do give some concrete advice, like removing questions from applications that ask about arrests not resulting in convictions, have a written policy that you stick to, and document all your decisions and why you made them.

That's what's great about New York, it's a melting pot, both of foreigners and people from other states. 

My regular contract already addresses all the issues - noise, parties, drinking, smoking, pot, etc... 

The West side and North side of the city is definitely much more of a melting pot with section 8 housing mixed throughout.

Hopefully she is the type that wants to pull her own weight, but in my experience this may be her subtle way of saying, we've been together for 4 years...time to either sh1t or get off the pot....but that is a decision to be made by y'all - get married or don't makes no difference to me.  

Option 1 - Syndicated mortgage:-I take money, add it to a pot then have a contract written up that details everyone's stake in the investment.  

does anybody have a list of all encompassing 'rules"i have new tennants ( a young couple 23years old) 2 months now they have paid early and all was well i thought,,,, i called them to say i was comming over to trimm a tree out frontit appears they had a new years party and i found numerous cigrette butts on the ground out front and a half smoked jointthis really pissed me off and i told them if i ever found any evidence of drug use again i would evict them this is not a party house it is a quiet residential neighborhood full of families the last thing they want to see is young 20 somethings out front smoking and drinkingi just got a simple free rental agreement off the internet and it does not mention any thing about smoking or drinking but their rental application said no smoking and they swear they made their friends smoke out side because they dont like it and they did not know who was out front smoking pot on newyears (yeah right)i guess i need to hit them with a detailed list of the rules,, i dont want a thrashed party house ,, we spent a lot of $ making the place nice :cry: :cry:
