If its postponed, does someone post here?

Without being involved it's tough to know if there is any way to get the sale date postponed.

If you get any response from them after the posting pay or quit you could say if you agree to vacate in 3 days, be out agree that I can change the locks on that date,  I'll postpone the eviction but you have to sign the move out agreement and leave place clean.  

I have been following the property as I moved in next door last December and had found out that they had a kitchen fire last July so it has been vacant for a year now and the sheriff sale has been postponed a few times.

FYI, depending on the age of the home and if there is any historic districts nearby, COA is going to be a beast to go through to obtain permitting to move or tear-down the home as it will likely sent to the historic review board which is notorious for postponing decisions for month on end for no apparent reason (this happened to me).

Local, and can rehab and self manage initially.CONS: Difficult to scale and will postpone purchasing additional properties for a few years.

If you've ever had a friend need to postpone a closing or back out of a deal because they couldn't get financing, the appraisal was too low, etc. it's easier to see the value of de-risking.

Could you postpone the refinancing until you have the next deal locked up?

So it turns out that not replying at all may not have been the best course....disaster struck today on this eviction.I got a callback from the court officer regarding scheduling the lockout and he said that he's unable to do it now because tenant went and got an 'order to show cause' postponing the eviction. 

Not being cleared has postponed me working in corrections for another 3-4 months.
