Same applies for other utilities (anything made out of PVC/plastic).  

Hey there- I am getting rental #2 ready for showing and as I went to re-install this piece of the bathroom vanity, I noticed that one of the two plastic items that secures it in place is damaged.

Other wise, painting a 1 story could be done in a weekend with a friend,  $300 for brushes, tape, plastic,  and $1200 or so for 30 - 35gallons of paint ( $40 / gallon should be excellent quality ) for 2000 sq feet. 

That might change things  one thing that is nice about the desert or semi arid desert you dont spend any money on landscaping.. you just put rocks down and plastic flowers and call it a day.although if this style of rental or tenant who would actually live there is not your core compentancy or something you are going to build on I not sure why anyone would take on this type of property to make a grand or two a year.. seems like better and easier things to do.

That means proper respirators, Tyvek suits, booties, negative air machines, lots of 6 mil plastic, duct tape, heavy duty trash bags, etc.

Do check and fix all leaks in the toilet flappers, shower's mixing valves, and faucets.If 1.6gpf toilets, drop one brick wrapped in plastic or a water bottle in the tank.

Then he says 'hold on' & retrieves from the open concept dining room a small plastic reptile cage FULL of stink bugs & rotting fruit for them to dine on ???

I always have my landscape guy build up the dirt around the home and install fresh plastic and rock.

I have a down spout that is hooked to a plastic pipe that goes under the driveway and empties out into a pop up emitter in the yard .
