I've been toying with the idea of furniture made entirely of reinforced concrete (poured right into the floor so the tenants can't steal it).

His drug dealer kept coming over, he'd stay up until 4h00am, make noise, etc I had some furniture in the rental basically and old bed, a desk, a 27 inch tv, a fridge and a range, he just used that because I didn't have time to remove then and didn't really care anyway, he never brought in ANY of his own furniture (he kept telling me his stuff was in a locker while in fact he didn't have anything).

He screwed-up the payment to the furniture company, and the doctor's wife will lose her mind if the furniture delivery is delayed.

We took all of his furniture, electronics, paintings and other such things worth value and loaded them into a truck.

When the girls were 3 & 4 I had a hammer in their hands lol).Anyways, I have done it all; tiling, drywall, framing, installed doors, carpeting, rough and finished carpentry, knocked down walls, installed cabinets, laminate flooring(I didn't want the added expense of hardwood), finished my basement (DH did the electrical although this does not appear hard to learn), designed and built a 20X20 paragoda/arbor for my patio (with some manly help) and installed a vinyl fence.

I think the only thing it needs is some curtains on that window to soften up the space.Without buying any extra furniture I would just do some curtains to show off those 3 set of windows

the staging furnitures are at the property already, and I signed the contract agree not doing any work after the property is staged.

Do you avoid making offers on REOs if they have major unpermitted work like a patio, reroof, or fireplace or room addition?
