Self managing now helps me know all the ins and outs of what a property manager should be doing when I decide to outsource in the future.I check in frequently with tenants, utilize asana for task management, and zillow rental manger for payments.

If you're looking for maximum scaling, I'd recommend outsourcing your bookkeeping to a professional real estate bookkeeper or a CPA who offers this service.

My thoughts from an outsider looking in is the tools are either outsourced to web/software development businesses, or there isn't a need to begin with.What are your guy's thoughts, or better yet, experiences with the techy side of the business?
