It turned out to be a problem with the AC that cause the leak, but the repair man the landlord sent made a huge hole in my ceiling and my landlord is refusing to fix it saying that it is my responsibility. 

If we started with hard money and a flip, I'm sure we would've been in the hole right about now.

Crime isn't terrible, more than half the residents have college degrees and the street it's located on isn't a ****hole.

You may feel you are the smartest kid on the block and that may even be true however, you cannot increase another person's risk and shed responsibility to another without their full awareness and acceptance and there are just too many holes in your permise which is why it is illegal. 

It's painful to get a STR going and optimized, especially squeezing a square peg into a round hole.

Attend your local REIA, use bigger pockets to network, and utilize some of your spare time to educate yourself on all aspects of real estate and how the monetary system works.

Intent would be to cap connections where necessary between floors and minimize number of holes in the wall.

Who or what professional title is given to someone who handles these monetary transactions in these instances?
