If you do acquire more properties, would you buy more S8 units and would they be in Dallas?

Hi all, I am building new units and will furnish them too.

Modern units operated down to -5 degrees so it should be adequate for a cabin in OH depending.

Typically, we see anywhere from $600 to over $1000 per unit (maintenance and turn costs)  depending on these factors.

As others have alluded to, buying larger units or a house near the beach is a better play. 

And the problem is the other units?

This criteria is for 1-4 and 5-8 unit programs.

They provide fake checklists saying units are repaired according to agreed-upon inspection reports only to walk in to a home that is more damaged than it was during escrow.

I has two GREAT property managers that immediately come to mind, one handling 5 high end high rise condos I owned in Phoenix and the other one handling a 12 unit very lower end apartment building I owned in Arlington, Texas.
