There is such an incredible need and i believe this dream God has given me can be a lucrative ministry and help many people.

Do you have a particular need at the moment? 

I have never gone into an office for a challenging boss again.Seeing this picture now, years later, after reaching that milestone still incredibly motivates me to keep going and striving for even greater heights—not just for me, but for my entire team.

I must admit I did second guess myself for a moment there, but I have gone over every possible financing scenario that I could think of (that I know of) and this is the best one for me now. 

I am located in Western Canada (previously was in Toronto) and its just wild at the moment.

@John Fong, you cannot exchange into improvements on property you own without an incredible amount of time, money and risk. 

I find this discourse about cashflow OR appreciation an incredibly narrow way to look at the market.

This couldn't be more of a true statement with the current clients I'm dealing with.. on one spectrum, I have clients that are incredibly respectful take my recommendations and listen and on the other I have people who are just plain rude and are a pain to work with.
