Well I know one thing hindering your ad ranking in VRBO is sharing your listing with others.

Cash values in a permanent life policy are important but in the early years, these are very small and accessing these funds by withdrawal or loan will hinder the policies performance.If I were a budding real estate investor who came across deals at unexpectant times I would ask this insurance agent "I may run across a perfect real estate (or business) deal that I want to make and I will need as much cash as possible and have that cash in my hands in 2 weeks or less.
