Personally, I've just got 20 gallons of gas in cans for the generator, and the third gas grill propane tank filled....no extra amounts of water, canned foods, etc.

No one was injured.It appears that the tenant was grilling on the back covered porch and storing small propane canisters nearby although they deny this.

We want to learn from property managers and expand use cases look at stats like how many people are using on site pool, report any safety hazards at the pool, people using various amenities like outdoor grills, dog park, walking trails etc.
