If the property is bleeding out on operating, I don't understand how it's expected to sell at a profitable mark.

So many question marks with 17 "older" doors.        

Even in high traffic cities it can be tricky to keep occupancy over 85%, so you would have to be very competitive with your property to hit the 60% mark in my opinion where seasonality is so strong. 

@Mark C.You are in the beginning stages and want to do everything yourself that can only last for so long.  

Don't use AI to write your rental listing descriptions... unless you want to miss the mark. 

Some places mark up repairs by adding a percentage.
