I’m tired of the long hours and high pressure of what I do.

One, expected, but arose sooner then expected, was re-piping the house due to the old galvanized pipes causing low water pressure & continuous leaks that were needing to be repaired. 

I've had a passion to work for myself ever since I was young, and after starting my own "Pressure washing" business a little over a year ago,  I have found Real Estate to become a very heart driven path for me (Considering I work on houses).

As for the financing it is personnel decision but I believe the thing that separates RE from other investment options is the ease to leverage.  

It also can put a little pressure on prospects if done right to help motivate them to get an application done quickly.

There's huge pressure from the locals to stop unbridled development and the municipality has been changing its tune of late.

he's had some great content tying together the economy, demographics, housing, etc.he thinks that the market will be fairly strong (with local corrections possible, of course) until the late 2030s / early 2040s due to the demographic pressure. 

That does ease my mind on spending.
