Presumably, your Airbnb rates would need to be a pro-rata daily rate based on the prior rent, which would probably be too low to be worthwhile for a periodic rental.

@Philip Hy Yeah, anything is possible, in our company, we charge 2k/week for daily visits, 1k for 2 visits/week.

My list grows daily and I send out letters daily so I have no way of knowing even which "group" he's in.

I have a realtor and have begun getting MLS listings daily.

Many investors seem to take the approach that a PM is just an unnecessary added expense that they can handle themselves, but I know from experience that a great PM will usually rent your property more often, for more money...not to mention take the daily management grind off the owner's plate...freeing them up to do more deals!
