Hello BP!

Newbie investor here from the North Texas area. Haven't done a deal yet but i've been working in Real Estate for about 6+ years assisting different agents/brokers as an admin (listing/marketing coordinator). I'm looking to invest in my first home/rental soon. Going to try to do the BRRR strategy. 

Went through the Free Course here on bigger pockets and have been listening to the podcasts/reading the blogs daily.
