When I first started my education I learned that 90% of millionaires are real estate investors, there are many ways to make money if you have no money and being generous is one of the biggest reason for someone being rich.

While some people got lucky for a few years with the AirBnB runup and BRRR, real estate for the most part is a get wealthy slowly game, not get rich quick.  

There is no secret get rich quick scheme out there.

Keep saving until you can invest in a solid areaInvesting in real estate is not supposed to make you rich off of one deal.
