Is there a source where you can find support (Cleaners/co-hosts etc) for STR's. 

I actually found an ozone air cleaner at goodwill, and I use it for a few hours in a bedroom after an airbnb guest leave and it leaves the room having that extra clean smell.

It definitely seems cleaner that way.

I don't do LTR's, but if you need someone to manage a STR for you we have a team of managers and cleaners that could do that for you in Waco.

Being involved gets better reviews as you care more about your business than your cleaners, so I’d encourage you to at least walk through the property once or twice every month or two being within driving distance.

We would just use the dishwasher cleaner & run a cycle and it was good.

Natural gas is cleaner, easier when renting or selling and requires less space.

Most importantly you need a great cleaner and a handyman on speed dial.
