Condo with Oil Heating - Bergen County NJ

Hi BP

I'm actively looking for garden style condo units around Fort Lee, Englewood, Teaneck, Hackensack - New Jersey.  I found a very well maintain oil heating condo from 1940's... Does it affect value of the property? or is just not worth it?
