Having some oil filled electric radiators , or those ceramic heaters can be a building saver . ( One of those small ceramic heaters keeps my RV 72 degrees in 30 degree weather)

Ended up doing foundation, plumbing, ceramic tile on basement, patio with cement which costed like 12,000 but I don’t think that cost is for material only and it has been 5 months already, when it should only take like 1 month tops!

Obviously, it's a lot harder to remove ceramic tile than it is to remove carpet.

I will be buying a spacious Duplex house, spacious kitchen and living room stair way up to three bedrooms with 1.5 baths, one full bath upstairs half next to kitchen (same for the next door). the person that had it almost finished the basement it is livable with nice ceramic bathroom, nice living room and potential for rooms. now i don't want to occupy these to make the most profit.

Carpet has been a bad choice for me and I wish I had set aside more over the years to rip it out and go with a commercial sheet vinyl or grade ceramic tile.
