I would strongly consider investing in boutique senior living.

Have a large network here, lots of connections with great people, and I'm a partner in a local boutique property management company.  

We also own boutique motels in Waynesboro and Afton. 

Six months later, I had paid off enough to afford a trailer in Bonny Doon for $450/month, (still the lowest rent I have ever seen in this area) and continue to live there today.In spring 2014, I took on a second job managing a small boutique hotel in Capitola, to accelerate my debt payoff.

I do know many operators who own Boutique hotels etc. in Costa Rica who do very well but again that’s not what I consider a passive investment or of any interest to me.

Also they have way more little pain in the *** by-laws to abide by.Also if your reserach suggest boutique condos are a good way to go then try them out.

I just got a position to work as a real estate sales agent with a boutique brokerage in Manhattan.

It's also a fun area for a young person to live, as there are tons of new bars, restaurants and boutiques.

They are citing airbnb managers that charge 15%, but those are for individual properties and I’m not so sure those rates won’t come down anyway, and these are boutique hotels, not airbnb properties. 13% on a property that has 20 beds and does $1.1M in revenue is $154k.

I am not in the business of running a "boutique motel".
