My allure and allure ultra floors I just scrub with a scotch or brillow pad until the scratch blends in.  

I rented out 7 properties during COVID that I had as Airbnbs using the Zillow Application and process and it was relatively seamless.

When you spray have some one back roll , spraying makes a smooth finish , unfortunatly , when you go to touch it up its hard , if you back roll it blends in .

I’m a bartender to the ultra wealthy now which is easy, reliable income, but I remember working at a casino where I had to choose between the high-roller who’d pay me 100 bucks for a lucky beer or the tweaker lady who’d order a blended mudslide with 5 free cherries and tip me in pocket lint.

Ultimately, your blended all-in rate might not be much of a discount, or even the opposite.  

I will absolutely look into converting construction loans as that sounds like it may be perfect blend of what I need.

Just tape it up as is and when you texture the new wall texture into the new wall to give a seamless look.
