I can generally rent it after 2-3 showing sessions.

I've found the most valuable time at these things is actually after the session closes, when general networking time opens up.

So I retook the course and this time I took thorough notes, listened to call sessions, and just immersed myself in every piece of content. 

Now some may say that it won't be done this session, but the rent control act was fast tracked at the end of this session, and they are still passing bills two days after the session was supposed to end. 

I don't have any that I've used, but if you're a member of the Madison REIA, they have lists of contractors and handymen from different general sessions available online for you to call.

One person got a great deal attending a landlord session and just talking with the person attending with them.

There's a lot of REAL Estate educational platforms out there promising to show you how to invest in real estate or flip houses, so why is it out of the hundreds of people that sign up for these seminars, these educational platforms, these personal coaching sessions, etc.

We're open to all kinds of meetups; some we've brainstormed include intimate mastermind sessions over dinner, touring properties in the investor's portfolio, or even a lecture at one of our classrooms!

In regards to working with investors, I have gained clients just from being on BP but also attend REIA meetings, attend investor network sessions, etc.
