I was wondering if buying property affiliated with HOA'S are good to invest in?

In some cases, bulk owners leverage their board positions to create lucrative maintenance or service contracts [with the association] through companies they are affiliated with financially.

My guess is the FB guys just whitelabeled Realeflow's product and sell it as an affiliate since that's all already available via Realeflow's $99/mo pricing tier.

For instance, you can get your license in Massachusetts but you aren't able to practice until you affiliate with a brokerage.

As an agent my short term goals are to affiliate myself with active investors in the area and be as helpful as possible.

I have filled out a 505 so I'm in the process of terminating my affiliation with this brokerage, and hoping that I'll be fully switched over to the new brokerage before my next COE on the 30th of this month.

I don t personally have any reflations with  Brad Chadler company .I am not affiliate and not trying to promote them .thanks
