For all the self-storage investors out there,I'm new to self-storage, so forgive me if this is a simplistic set of questions, but...It seems that most of the research/data that I'm coming across regarding a self-storage investment outlook is focused on the next 1-2 years, and it seems to indicate a mostly positive investment climate.

Hi everyone - I'm curious to hear from other Airbnb / Short-Term Rental owners about your outlook for 2021.I posted about this same topic in June after a few months of the pandemic and with a quite uncertain summer, and I realize that performance and outlook is very dependent upon location.

I'd like to get your inputs on how the economy outlook, city layout, rental hotspots/coldspots, and overall market is in this city.

So now you retain a REI Realtor to help locate and get under contract cash-flowing deals with good equitable gains outlook, and put that capital to smart use. 

The outlook that landlord had was they were getting paid late fees every single month.

I was looking for what I thought were stable and growing emerging economies, democratic politics, strengthening currencies and favorable outlooks.  

Are you concerned at all about the long term outlook for College Station's rental market?

Investors starting out look for both of those things out of necessity.

@Michael Lilburn to chime in once more, I do think the Twin Cities is a great market for a balance btw cash flow & appreciation, if your outlook is long term.
