Buy and Hold Investors
Hey guys, I’ve got a question. I’m a wholesaler and I’ve been finding deals for fix and flippers. How would I go about finding deals for buy and hold investors? I know Flipper’s use the general formula of
ARV*70%-REHAB COST= Buy Price
