The online interface is a bit clunky but it does the job, and the only issues I've had is right now my router is going bad at a cabin so it's having trouble connecting (the issue is with the router, not the lock).  

We have hours and hours in setup and added and adding data everyday and without question a wholesaler calls me and I buy a home I never knew was for sale.I love the data collection, the interface with zapiar,and mail chimp, just a ton of work and I'm still waiting for the silver cloud to drop some gold bars on my head.  

The interface acts differently on my phone than it does on my desktop...

However, I need full backend access with unlimited API rate limits to perform some of the future tasks I have in mind including but not limited to:Deep learning on conversation threadsTracking n-depth relationships of leads to other leads (connected via phone numbers, addresses, email, etc.)Bot response to SMS on a large scaleIn addition to implementing these features, I have a unique user interface design that will make it much less cumbersome to navigate leads and communications.

There are some with Tenant interfaces (I'm thinking of Old Republic Home Protection specifically). 

Example: we employ an attorney upon assignment of rights after a winning bid and use the attorney to interface with the trustee, title insurance company, hazard insurance company, etc.

It has a interface to quickbooks, xactimate to both I think.

., and can then create ACH requests upon user demand (or via user 'policy' definition) to the ACH interface component of the PM platform.

That being said, in total I've been through about 15 years of home ownership, renovations, a tanking market where we were upside down and couldn't sell the condo, many lessons learned on being a landlord, and feel I'm ready to finally get serious about making some intentional real estate investments.I look forward to the continued interface with all of you and although I'm far from where many of you are in terms of real estate successes, I am open to helping any of you as well.  

But I've learned the REI Blackbook interface and capabilities pretty thoroughly, and can say that their systems will be a major boost to my business for a long time to come.
