I’m thinking I can teach 10 questions better than I will ever be able to teach embedded commands, mimicking, pacing, positive and negative reinforcements and the like.ANd if I can train someone from India half way accross the world to screen callers the job is 1/3 accomplished..

BTW - my customer service contacts stated they were in Philippines rather than India.

He used to buy properties 50 cents on dollar in India when he was young and built lots of rentals.
