I have buddy from college who is having a successful basketball career in Greece actually. 

Real Estate is fascinating, keep working hard and those big deals will come soon enough!

But so far I find all of this incredibly fascinating and an amazing opportunity to achieve financial independence.

I am twenty years old and fascinated by the idea of investing in real estate.

So it’s a personal preference of each traveler.My opinion is mostly based on current markets I’m engaged in, which is Southeast Asia, Greece, Spain, Switzerland and Canada.

The ability to get great deals and generate long-term returns is really fascinating to me from an investment standpoint.

And Totally new on the topic of "Real Estate" but always fascinated by the term, Passive Income.

@Paul De Luca I totally agree with what you said, I’ve been very interested in the psychology of success, motivation etc. it’s fascinating trying to understand why you think the way that you do and how to shift that so you can become who you want to be.
