Well one of my friends ran a well know detective agency and said he would loan me a small locater device he had just bought several of and it so happened that several stoves and dishwashers were swiped the Saturday night after they were delivered to the site.Who was swiping them, the warehouse foreman and the delivery driver. who then sold them as bargains on a excess inventory story to unsuspecting buyers who were happy to have just happened to run into a short time bargain by a reputable company, or in some cases at full price to a buyer whose real paperwork was canceled or lost but the product delivered.

~ $450 for a bobcat & operator to transfer the dirt from the delivery trucks and into the pool (we were going to just rent the bobcat but found a guy on Craigslist who owned one and was willing to also do the driving of it for about the same price as it would have cost to just rent the bobcat by itself)~ $100 to rent a tamping rammer to compact the dirt So, in total, about $2600.

If you buy the wood I can just charge you to install and finish the wood to save you money.Otherwise I'll charge $6.50 per s/f for everything included wood delivery, install, all materials, 2 threshold and wood sanding and 3 coat finish for a total of $2,860.

A Discount Tire is majority "warehouse", this is doubly true for small/local business that don't have the advantage of a massive distribution chain of someone like Starbucks for example that can delivery fresh inventory daily or every few days.

Send them a Starbucks delivery, make friends.... because you will want to get updates to that list in a timely manner.Most County GIS parcel files will contain the tax mailing address as well as the physical property address, and of course the Parcel ID.With the main county parcel list, that is your 'jump-off point' for any future prospecting.
