I've been at this for almost 20 years now and I still do things to learn almost every day as well as constantly trying to find new ways of being able to get a project done start to finish in the most efficient manner (and on budget). 

I was trying *so hard* to steer clear of deals until after the CPA exam when I had time but.....it's not every day a mobile in an all ages park comes up 2 minutes from your house. 

If a paralegal handles the entire file, a good one can save the day... a not so good one that can't think outside the box and you can't get the actual attorney on the phone or to respond to an email... come on.

At the end of the day, as long as everyone is making coin, its all good!
