When others play all the time I read thousands of hours worth of information to keep honing my craft and taking things to the next level.

We got a great jump on this I feel like with the videos, workbooks, forms, checklists, etc that we provide, however I will be relying on the people in the course/mastermind to help us craft the future of the product/community as well. 

I was also thinking that if I want the lease to end in high-demand season I can craft the leasing agreement for half-year or year and a half.
