I had forgotten it was Fathers day until yesterday.I am 37 now and my dad was killed in a car wreck when I was 15.I have no kids yet but I am planning on having some.When the kids come I am sure Fathers day will kick in again and mean more.I do remember him but it was so long ago.I hope everyone has some fun today.I will just be cleaning up my office and watching movies with the wife.I might look at some old pics for nostalgia.One of my friends still has his dad but not his mom so we are backwards in that respect.

Be open to their recommendations, and LOOK BEYOND COST if you want to make the big bucks.You don't have a two bedroom wreck, and I'm guessing that you're not a two bedroom wreck of a person.

They may be somewhat less because you won't be a bad tenant and wreck your own place.

The point being made is to wreck the tenant's credit.

I couldn't do a short sale as I didn't want to wreck my credit and go though all of that (and I have no hardship and cash in the bank).   

If they get wrecked, we just swap them out for new.

The FB posts might be enough to bring in landlord's concerns that tenant may likely wreck his property.
