As you pan out and look at the sales data from the last 3 months or most recent quarter, you can start to make interpretations about sales activity and sale prices and listing activity.

To say that this place is a "dump" is an understatement :roll: I wasn`t in the place more than 5 minutes, before I locked it back up, and left, thinking to myself that the mobile is a lost cause, and that only a clean-slate/replacement approach would be viable(read: bulldozer time)I had bough the property at an online auction, and it definately looked quite a bit worse in-person, than the pictures would have me believe.

If you want the deals others MAY not be paying attention to, you need to search using methods that others aren't using.As far as using your agent, I would be careful about sending them on wild goose chases and offering on dozens of properties, of which most will not pan out.
