I actually deliver what I promise in the video and am completely honest and upfront, I don't spam, or sell their information and that is something that is sadly missing from most peoples newsletters.

I know a wholesaler who has decided to focus on only his best buyers, that way those buyers are getting a deal instead of feeling like they're getting spammed with garbage that is also going out to 100 other people.

I have checked to see if they were going into Spam folder but that is not the case.

If they are real investors, they are getting multiple emails a week or even day by wholesalers and spamming bad deals is an easy way to get blocked.Lastly, add qualifying questions to be able to identify good deals quickly.
