Hello, BP I have a property that I don’t have under contract but i have been researching and found a property that the owners are deceased and I have skip traced both of the owners relatives and still haven’t got down to the bottom of how I can contact who owns the property now, they are also behind on there taxes.

Cash is great but if you have healthy income you don't have to let the lack of a big bundle of bills stop you from getting started - you just need to know that if you ran into a problem, you could access the funds to take care of that problem, and you could pay those funds back in a controlled way without skipping your mortgage payments or having to go to a soup line for awhile.

Supposedly it's best to send a postcard first because it's the cheapest and you'll get the non deliverables back returned to you so that you can further scrub your list or skip trace those returned cards and find the real addresses of the owners.
