2 deceased people, who owns title now

Hello, BP I have a property that I don’t have under contract but i have been researching and found a property that the owners are deceased and I have skip traced both of the owners relatives and still haven’t got down to the bottom of how I can contact who owns the property now, they are also behind on there taxes. I think Its really good deal. How can I go about this ?
