I have encapsulated asbestos with foam, but the rules are more strict.Either way, MA views both of these materials as a major hazard and not something to be taken lightly.

I was redoing a house and they wanted me to do injectable foam in all the walls and under the floor because I "broke the exterior envelope" as part of the remodel.

It’s nice to have at least some body parts warm underwater when shaving the legs.

Then spend the money on the foam paver base to save all kinds of time and effort.

I'm also thinking about tearing down all the sheet rock and insulate the house with a foam bearer.

There were tooth brushes and shave cream in each bathroom.

Having tighter homes with low air changes per hour is leading to more homes requiring spray foam insulation (more $) and more efficient HVAC systems with ERV's.

Wants my email so he can send me the offer.I tell him that if I'd wanted to shave $10K off my price, I'd have listed with an agent. 

In my opinion, spray foam insulation, UV reflective paint, fresh air systems, and solar panels should be standard in all new homes built in the last 2-3 years at an affordable price.

I'm not just looking at the pay back but the overall impact of my purchase decision socially, economically, and environmentally.To me it is easier to add granite, new cabinets, and latest lighting than to add solar with battery storage, greywater, spray foam insualtion...etc.What do you think?
