I have been hearing this rumor for a couple of weeks, and had even gotten calls from Berkshire owners who are looking for brokers looking to exit, so I was wondering when this was going to happen.It'll be interesting to watch.

Can't speak to any Amazon rumors -- personally that seems far fetched but who knows. 

To me it seemed fairly residential, and rentable area.Also,Does anyone know if it's true or a rumor that there is a Toyota/Honda parts factory being built in Anderson?  

A couple of old tenants also spread rumors about possible causes but none proven accurate.

I would say that the number of properties purchased has nothing to do with relevance.And there is no truth to the rumor that Ben is selling all his real estate to invest in Rubles, and Brandon is leaving real estate to go in the timber business.   

I don't really see how you can go wrong(if your okay with being a section 8 landlord) if the rumors are true about section 8.

I could be wrong, just rumors maybe.

From the rumors I hear, Omaha is booming, u may be in the right place at the right time.
