Even in Silicon Valley MFHs prices do not appreciate as much as SFHs. 401K is meant for your golden years often used for a major medical bill not covered by your insurance.So you want to jump in at market peak it will not regroup until next housing cycle facing tax consequence now?

I learned about the Lehigh Valley through my current client and decided to move here.

We have a competitor who owns a property bordering a major river and they are constantly booked and their rental is nice but not not that nice.

I have about 60K in Heloc money I could use to purchase land lot in the Red River Gorge of Campton KY, pay that land off with the heloc, then use that paid off land to secure a construction loan from the bank or PM lender for a new ground up build.

I'm a Veteran as well and invest out of state and operate as a commercial broker in the Valley.
