Take steps to confirm the source independently before proceeding further.My best piece of advice would be to contact your lender instead of relying on callbacks from letters or unknown numbers, contact your current mortgage lender or a trusted VA-approved lender directly.

In my opinion that strategy is best for long distance investing where you need to rely on others to find the properties and handle the day to day.

Relying on just anybody to do this means you might have substandard work, or not to code work etc. 

FF is not a perfect platform or system, and I don't believe it should be relied on 100%, but it can be a useful tool

If your never looking at the houses. then your just a lead source and your buyers cant rely on any of your numbers other than basic numbers pulled from data.. but real estate is local and who knows the condition of the property really, when you have not looked at it..

I would say best case is that given political climate, those in control of economic directions take a step back from all political influence as it poses a no-win scenario, and heavily relies upon guidance, direction and leadership from economic/finance professionals to a degree much more significant degree than prior.
